For a supercharged soundtrack, we tapped powerhouse DJ Helena to comb through Spotify and find the pumped-up remixes you haven’t heard. When Helena isn't playing a set, she's working up a sweat in the boxing ring; that tough, aggressive attitude is the inspiration for her playlist. Which makes sense, since EDM and other bass-heavy genres have been found to make you feel more powerful — a must when you're alternating between jabs and uppercuts. Included on Helena's high-energy playlist is the Tiësto track, “Move To The Rhythm,” which speaks for itself.
