Rad or Bad? Bowl Cuts For Chicks
As haircuts go, the bowl has crowned some pretty distinguished domes: All four Beatles members, Leonardo DiCaprio circa Growing Pains, even Toni of retro pop sensation Captain & Tennille. But in spite of its considerable star power, the coif has been pretty quiet since its brief resurgence in the 80s. But is the mop-top suddenly primed for a comeback? Certainly it's recession friendly, not to mention in step with fashion's current 80's moment. And lately we've spotted more than a few who've been bowled over, including the models at Phillip Lim, Yves Saint Laurent, and Rachel Roy. But while it's certainly netted rocker Lissy Trullie her fair share of attention, we're not sure we're ready to whip out the scissors and wooden salad bowl just yet. But what'dya say: Does it make your cut?
