"I absolutely love Kristian's plaid-on-plaid scheme, but I decided to make my look a bit more transitional for non-holiday parties ('cause every day's a party, anyway, right?). I started with a basic silk button-down and offset the traditional tie/shirt combo with a bolder jacket. Just because you're borrowing a piece from the boys doesn't mean you can't keep it flirty, too.
