Attention all would-be fashion photogs: If you've ever thought you could be the next Avedon, here's your chance to get discovered in a major way. Bottega Veneta is looking for the best new snap star for their New Exposure contest, and they want to see your work. And, while it's an honor just to have this ultra-luxe brand scan your stuff, they actually won't be doing it alone. Rather, the brand is calling in the big guns — like Tomas Maier, Vogue's photography director Ivan Shaw, artists Ross Bleckner and Jack Pierson, Carol Squires from the The International Center of Photography (right here in NYC), photographer Stewart Shining, creative director Doug Lloyd, and Jarred Land of Red Camera — to help them comb through the entries and find the best of the best. And what will the lucky photographer win? Not only will your work be unveiled at at a cocktail reception in NYC, you'll also get $10,000, a Red Epic-X camera prize package, a one year mentorship at a leading photography agency, and the chance to shoot a special Bottega Veneta project. All you need to do is upload up to 40 of your favorite shots at Vogue.com starting Tuesday, April 24, and wait to see if your work can impress the industry's best. But no pressure, right?
