Blush For Medium Skin Tones, Demystified

Blush is the sort of thing the less beauty-inclined among us might look at and say, "Oh, that goes on your cheeks, right?" Well, yes, but it's more than that. For a truly natural-looking, pretty flush, choosing and using blush is an art.
This art form is particularly important to those of us with medium skin tones. We know bright, berry colors work well for those with deeper tones, and light pinks jive best with fair skin. But, what about those who fall in the middle of the skin-tone spectrum? And, once you've found your perfect, complementary shade, how do you go about applying it?
