We've been waiting for this: Beyonce made her first post-preggers public appearance in the Empire State last night and (like any other day of the week) she looked uh-mazing. Barely one month after the birth of Blue Ivy, the first-time mom lost the lbs in a healthy way, as evidenced by her curve-cradling Molina dress from ALICE by Temperley's cruise '11 collection. As usual, she's up on her trends—of course the frock's shade is the color of the year. Appropriately repping her little bundle of joy, she also sported a rich blue (name of the year?) mani and eye-catching gold accessories. Celebrating Papa Jay's Carnegie Hall concert, Bey sans beybey didn't necessarily break it down on the dance floor like we wish we could we're used to seeing her, but she did prove that she's bizack— check on it.
