Data overload is leading us to make the wrong choices, according to a new book aptly titled, Eyes Wide Open: How to Make Smart Decisions in a Confusing World . The author, Noreena Hertz, is no professor, but she does have some advice for the indecisive among us which can be summed up as such: Experts aren't always right, you can never get too much sleep, and it pays to take time for yourself.
