Ike’s Place, Meatless Mike
How could we discuss a selection of sammys and not include locally lauded Ike’s Place? The iconic S.F. spot is known for its hearty, finger-licking grub, witty sandwich names, and excellent service. There are so many options it will make your head spin. But, one of our faves on the sprawling menu? The Meatless Mike — vegan meatballs, marinara, and pepper jack on a Dutch crunch roll. This vegan snack is so tasty it is guaranteed to satisfy both meat eaters and veggies alike.
