It seems anyone with a smartphone these days fancies him or herself a photographer. Sure, our super-sharp cameras help take mobile pics to the next level, but there's a huge difference between knowing how to snap the perfect selfie and spending your whole life behind the lens.

Which is why we've rounded up a group of 30 Bay Area photographers whose world revolves around color, composition, and light. The pictures — from behind-the-scenes images to tranquil moments in nature — often leave us breathless, endlessly double tapping them. Whether food shots are your thing or you prefer an Ansel Adams–esque landscape, there's something in here for everyone. So, prepare to hit follow — and ready yourself for a way more inspiring feed.

No one showcases the essence of the Bay Area coast quite like Fineman. For example, this shot of the foggy Golden Gate Bridge taken from underneath? Powerful.
