Coolhaus Truck
We love plays on words, and Coolhaus' concept is a triple entendre, mixing the modernist Bauhaus movement, famed functional architect Rem Koolhaas' name, and (duh) oh-so-cool frozen treats. You may have tried and failed to catch a bite of this inspired ice cream this past year, but with four fresh trucks now roaming around town, it's not as hard as it once was to nab these cool cats!
