The Grilled Cheese Truck
This decadent set of meals on wheels has a flock of fans for obvious reasons — grilled cheese eaters are fiends! After entering their Cheesy Mac and Rib sandwich in L.A.'s 7th Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational, and watching salivating masses crowd their booth, this genius idea was born.

The Must-Trys: The Brie Melt: Double Cream Brie, sliced pears, honey and fresh thyme, all on cranberry walnut bread; the French Onion Soup Melt: Gruyere with French onion soup, onions, and a parmesan crust (comes with extra broth for dipping!).
