"Guava and Cheese Pastry at Cookie Road. My mom grew up outside of Tampa, Florida and spent a lot of time in Miami. She introduced me to this popular Cuban pastry when I was a kid and I've loved them ever since. It's difficult to find an authentic one in NYC but Cookie Road does an incredible job. Try one with paired with their equally delicious Counter Culture espresso."
