We were skeptical about this English shaving staple — a teeny, tiny bottle of oil for shaving our legs? Sounds messy and unrealistic — but have to say, we were pleasantly surprised when we took it for a test drive. Because it's made with pure essential oils and is super-concentrated, you only need a few drops to shave an entire leg. The oils act as a lubricant and allows the blade to glide over the skin, minimizing friction and eliminating nicks, cuts, and pesky ingrowns. As an added bonus, the oils used — lavender, tea tree, and rosemary — have, healing, soothing, and antiseptic properties, so they soothe already-irritated skin and prevent further irritation. After shaving with the oils, our skin was so soft and hydrated, we didn't even need to apply lotion post-shower.

Somersets Women Sensitive Shave Oil, $14.99, available at Drugstore.com.
