This Georgetown bakery is a cult fave among cupcake connoisseurs, but let it be known that the baristas also make a mean hot chocolate. The method involves melting mini chocolate chips (some of which you can spy at the bottom of your cup), and topping off with classic whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Pair it with a cupcake if you crave the ultimate sugar rush.
