Beefcake Alert! We Present You With The 10 Best Burgers In Chicago

The Big Baby at Little Market Brasserie
In a burger yearbook, chef Ryan Poli’s double-decker would win “most like a fast-food burger — in a good way.” You get the nostalgia of a soft sesame-seed bun, thin patties, and gooey cheese teamed with much higher quality meat than anything in a Happy Meal, plus the grown-up kick of spicy mayo. And the comparison makes sense — the burger is modeled after one that South Side restaurant Nicky’s put on its menu in the '60s as a response to the Big Mac. Cost: $13.50.
