Some days we still wish we were in college, pulling all-nighters, doing power hours, and just basically actin’ a fool. With some sporting event or another emblazoned on multiple TVs at all hours, Barney’s Beanery is just the place to cure those collegiate blues. But, if you’re looking for a bit of a more sophisticated game-watching experience, Goal on West 3rd is where you need to be. Plush maroon booths line the walls that are so cozy you’ll be glad you didn’t buy tickets to the game in the first place! And, flat screens are situated in every which way to ensure you don’t miss a dunk. Goal’s upscale atmosphere (and less-fried food menu) is night-and-day from its WeHo counterpart, but depending on your company or mood, there's still always room for both.
