"I work on new product launches for Benefit. My team brainstorms new products that meet the beauty needs of our customers by researching the beauty market and talking to women and men about their beauty dilemmas. Then we create new, easy, and fun ways to use makeup!"

What's your sneakiest beauty trick?
"I wear two mascaras every day — They’re Real! Mascara and BADgal Lash Mascara. I put BADgal Lash on first, then layer with They’re Real! over the tips and at the outer corners of my eyes for a flirty look. I also wear Magic Ink Liquid Liner on my top lashline and BADgal Waterproof Eyeliner in Espresso on my lower lashline for a natural, daytime look."
