Tell us more about your role at Benefit.
"As senior designer I have the pleasure of working on our packaging. Being an in-house designer, part of my role is keeping up with the design community and exploring printing options for Benefit. We also do a lot of department outings to get inspiration from all over the city."

What's your sneakiest beauty trick?
"I pair BADgal Lash with They’re Real! Mascara. I layer it on, one after the other, until I get a really nice feathered look. The mixture of formulas and brushes can't be beat and once they're set — I'm good from day to night!"
