"I’m involved in all things web-related. I help manage the U.S. site, including buying and managing inventory, as well as building out new product detail pages and promotional campaigns. Our team is consistently analyzing how we can improve the overall site experience to make shopping easier while still portraying Benefit’s colorful DNA."

What's your sneakiest beauty trick?
"I’m obsessed with thick, full eyebrows, so I am keen on faking my brow arch with our Hard Angle/Definer Brush and Brow Zings. The pigmented wax and neutral powder from these kits allow me to shape and fill my way to natural, yet defined brows."

What do you love most about working for Benefit?
"The fact that we’re encouraged to push the envelope creatively — making folks laugh and smile is an expected goal within every project at Benefit. Plus, it’s impossible not to have a good time when you’re grinning!"
