Goose Island Sofie at Lolinda
If you’re partial to bubbles, but are itching to venture outside the champy lines — we’ve found your middle ground! Enter, Sofie. A Belgian-style farmhouse ale that is aged in white-wine barrels and has a champagne-esque finish with a dash of orange zest. Um, yum! While we believe this is the ultimate sunny-day (and not to mention crisp) beer, it truly can be enjoyed any time. It is light in color, but boasts earthy, full flavors. Plus, call us girly, but we never turn down a drink that sparkles.
