What's your company philosophy?
"To bring high quality complexion-perfecting products to market that truly make a woman feel better about herself when she looks in the mirror," says Thurman. "A flawless face shouldn't be exclusive to only the chosen few. We believe with our products and a little instruction, a woman can create the flalwess skin she's always wanted but thought she could never have."

What's the most challenging aspect of running your own business?
"Growing! We are a "grass roots" type of organization, where everyone here wears more then a few hats," says Thurman.

What's one product we should try right now?
"Velvet Mineral Liquid Foundation SPF 15 is an amazing foundation and treatment product in one," says Thurman. "It stimulates cell turnover, moisturizes, refines skin texture, and has over 80 vitamins and minerals."

Anything new on the horizon?
"We are in the process of launching 10 new shades of the award-winning AmazingConcealer this spring," exclaims Thurman.

"We like to call her a "pro-sumer," says Thurman. "She is well-informed in beauty and is more than willing to do the research to find the very best available to her."
