"Besides our traditional 'Boots and Cats' song on Friday? I love how committed and passionate everyone at BeachMint is, from web developers to interns, everyone here is really dedicated. I've learned so much since joining the team, not only about marketing — but about personal style and really defining your own."

What do you love about your site?
"The fact that when our sites say 'personalized selections,’ we mean it. The celebrities and fashion influencers associated with each of our brands play such a vital role in designing the pieces. From inspiration to samples, and final product, they really are involved in every step of the process."
