It wasn't long ago that we pondered whether or not cropped tops were a rad or bad, but that may have had something to do with our less than fab abs. Luckily, the geniuses over at Rachel Comey, Chloe, and Daughters figured out how to pair the daring style with something slightly more tame (and definitely more appropriate for the office). All three designers sent out cropped, boxy tops paired with high-waisted pants, skirts, or shorts on the spring '09 runways, which looked cheeky and suggestive rather than overtly sexy.
