"Together with my amazing team of women, I design and produce all the desserts for Taste Catering’s events. I am constantly being challenged by our clients and sales team to come up with new and exciting desserts for each season. We do all kinds of desserts, from over-the-top dessert buffets filled with hundreds of mini-petite fours to elegant, plated desserts, and rustic pies for a country wedding."

What’s your all-time favorite dish to bake?
"I love making all types of desserts, but rustic fruit tarts and hand pies are my current favorite."
