What’s your go-to work outfit?
"Cut-off shorts, a t-shirt, and sneakers."

What inspired you to get in the baking industry?
"A buddy gave me some sourdough starter, I tried baking with it, and I was completely hooked."

What’s your all-time favorite dish to bake?
"Lately, I am really into whole-grain breads, like my dark-mountain rye, or my whole-wheat sesame poppy, or a new one I just made up, a corn kamut with pumpkin seeds. For sweet stuff, I am totally in love with these brown butter chocolate-chip cookies I've been making a lot lately. But if you wanna know the guilty truth, my black-pepper parmesan bread makes me bonkers. I like to toast up a slice and cover it with butter and just go nuts."
