Tell us more about what you do.
"I bake bread and I deliver that bread around the city on my bicycle. I am also opening a cafe/bakery, called The Mill, with the rad folks from Four Barrel Coffee up on Divisadero. It will have a stone mill that we'll use to make whole-grain flours, which I'll use in the breads and pastries."

What do you love about your job?
"Tons. Mostly, that I'm always doing something different, and usually it's really fun. I get to work with my hands, making stuff all day long. When I deliver, I get to ride my bike around the city and catch up with folks. I even landed myself a book deal, so I have been getting some thinking time on the computer and in the kitchen, as well, which has been totally awesome. I really can't even believe this is my job."
