We know getting your butt to the gym is a true feat in itself, so pat yourself on the back. But, did you know that you might be killing the effectiveness of those workouts by slipping into bad fitness habits? Seriously, making it to the machine is only half the battle — if you're going to clock in time on the elliptical, you better make it count!
For instance, according to Health.com, the unnatural movements and lack of toning make said machine a cool calorie burner, but not much else. Other workout buzz kills?
