Ashbury Skies Taps Local Boho Blogger For Stunning Summer Lookbook

We never tire of a seemingly on-point pairing. And when the duo just happens to be a couple of our fave — not to mention Bay Area-based — faces, it sweetens the deal in a major way. We’ve been fans of sole-focused shop Ashbury Skies for a while now and are always eager to see what the gals behind the brand have a-brewin’.
And this time around, the cutting-edge e-tailer, which stocks enviable shoes by the likes of Jeffrey Campbell, Dolce Vita, and 80/20 has tapped blogger-slash-stylist Amy Soderlind of Refuses to Label to appear in its latest lookbook. "When Yvette and I discovered blogger and stylist Amy Soderlind we immediately felt a connection to her through her blog,” says Ashbury Skies co-founder Mary Sue Papale. “We knew we wanted to collaborate with her for our summer lookbook. It seemed so fitting that we photograph her outside of San Francisco, not far from her hometown, in Nicasio California,” she explained.
The pint-sized blonde (and R29 regular!) looks nothing short of ethereal as she prances around a serene setting in dreamy duds and seriously hot steppers (those Jeffrey Campbell loafers are calling our names). Check out the sun-soaked images yourself, but be prepared to want to pin the hell out these pretty pics.
But wait, there’s more! To celebrate summer solstice, Ashbury Skies wants to offer a 20% discount to R29 readers. Just enter the code INDIEGIRL20% and save on all styles — including sale items. Hurry though, it expires June 30 at midnight.
