Sara Sugarman founded online home decor shop Lulu & Georgia in October 2012, shortly after moving to California with her then boyfriend, Sam. The couple first got to know each other — and dated — back in New York City, and when they returned there for a short vacation, he proposed right in B Bar, the place where they met.
Sara wanted to make her wedding gorgeous and personal, and her own company was the best resource to make that happen. "Lulu & Georgia is a huge part of our lives, so we knew it had to be a focal point of our wedding," she said. "Plus, it was a great way to step away from traditional rentals and find some truly unique pieces that reflect our real style."
