"My mother adores First Aid Beauty's Ultra Repair Cream and swears by it for her dry patches from head to toe. Coach Eau de Parfum, $95.00 Buy
"I've given my mom so many face creams over the years and she's never liked one more than this. She says she's been getting more compliments on her skin since using it — and you can't really put a price on that — so I'm gifting her a refill for the holidays." —Mi-Anne Chan, Beauty Writer
Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream EX, $240.00 Buy
"Glossier is one of those brands that sort of suits everyone, whether you're obsessed with makeup or just getting into it. It's also a brand with a lot of buzz and name recognition right now, which means pretty much anyone will be happy to receive one of the brand's millennial-pink products. My favorite item from the line is the matte lipstick — it's the perfect, medium-coverage tinted lip balm." — Chan
Glossier Glossier Generation G, Zip, $18.00 Buy
"I have one of these at my house, one at my boyfriend's house, and one in my luggage — because I honestly cannot sleep anywhere without them now. They're plush and pillowy soft, don't move or tug on your hair or sensitive undereyes, and make you feel like a princess in a four-poster bed — even if you're cramming in four hours of shut-eye on an overnight flight. I plan to gift one to my BFF who is constantly traveling for her job." — Cat Quinn, Beauty Director
Slip slip™ for beauty sleep 'Slipsilk™' Pure Silk Sleep Mask, $45.00 Buy
"I'm gifting this skin set to my mom, who loves masks and has a demanding schedule. Even cooler: The box serves as an adult coloring book, so she can unwind as she treats her skin." — Quinn
Fresh Picture Perfect Mask Set, $77.00 Buy
"Tarte has some of the best holiday sets for your buck this year. I'm gifting this specific set to my little sister, who loves to experiment with her makeup look. But I'm also giving the eyeliner set to my cousins, blush and highlighter packs to my aunts, and lipsticks to everyone else I might be forgetting." — Quinn
Tarte Limited-Edition Treasure Box Collector's Set, $44.00 Buy
"Whenever her head was turned, I used to swipe my Aunt Tia’s Juniper Breeze body spray and mist myself from head to toe — my 6-year-old self thought that it was the best-smelling perfume in the world. Thank goodness that B&B rereleased their signature collection, because I owe her one. Or like, three." — Khalea Underwood, Beauty Writer
Bath & Body Works Juniper Breeze Shower Gel, $12.50 Buy
"My mom’s bedroom basically functions like our family room: My sister prints her essays at her desk, I sort my laundry on the floor, and my brother will plop on her bed to watch ESPN. Granted, there’s plenty of space (and other rooms) to do all of the above, but we just like being close to her. I’m sure that my book-loving mother would appreciate a chance to purify her space with this candle, which smells like a secluded area of a library mixed with a flower shop." — Underwood
Byredo Bibliothèque, $80.00 Buy
"Before his high school graduation, I caught my brother rubbing a sample of YSL’s L’Homme Cologne on his pulse points because he didn’t have the real thing. Now, he’ll be able to smell like his favorite fragrance all day long — no tester card required." — Underwood
Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme After Shave Lotion, $48.00 Buy
"On a recent trip to California, I introduced my sister to the marvelous world of Le Labo fragrances via the hotel amenities. She couldn't understand why I wouldn't stop smelling my hands right after using the bar of soap in the bathroom — until she looked up the brand online, read the hundreds of rave reviews, and then, unfortunately, saw the price. Needless to say, she's had it on her wish list ever since, and it'd feel wrong to not gift her my personal favorite." —Kelsey Castañon, Beauty News Editor
Le Labo 'Figue 15' Classic Candle, $75.00 Buy
"I spied this RMS holiday gift set when I was heading to the check-out line at Anthropologie last weekend. As much as I really want to treat myself, I think I'll get this highlighting trio for my roommate who's all about a super natural highlight. Fingers-crossed she'll let me borrow the Living Luminizer." — Megan Decker, Production Assistant
RMS RMS Beauty Luminizer Gift Set, $86.00 Buy
"I'm getting the Tatcha best-seller set for my mom. I just started using the camilla oil cleanser and the dewy skin mist myself, and I love them. Because my mom is always complaining about her skin being too dry, I know she'll appreciate all the nourishing Japanese botanicals in every product. They'll look pretty in her vanity, to boot." — Decker
Tatcha Bestsellers Set, $59.00 Buy
"My friends are alway complaining that they have no 'going out' makeup, so I'm going to change that by bringing my four closest friends a different shade of Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow to next weekend's holiday get-together." — Decker
Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow, $24.00 Buy
"My absolute favorite thing to gift my family and friends is a personalized beauty basket, and after all the work our team did on the Beauty Innovator Awards you best believe I am gifting the standouts! Sorry if you're reading this, Mom, but you're getting Eve Lom's Time Retreat Retinol (one of my favorites) and Sisley's Black Rose Cream (heaven in a jar, my friend). Moms get the most expensive gifts, obviously." — Lexy Lebsack, Senior Beauty Editor
Sisley Paris Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream, $195.00 Buy
"My best girlfriends all have one thing in common: They have great taste in friends and don't mess with lipstick that fades or nail polish that chips. They're each getting Nars Powermatte in bright vivid reds and creamy nudes and two Essie Gel Couture shades in the exact same color." — Lebsack
NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment, $26.00 Buy
"I have two girlfriends that are (slowly) embracing their curls after years of regular blow-drying. For them: Living Proof In-Shower Styler and Klorane's Ultra-Nourishing Mask. I'm also adding in Cantu's new dry shampoo, which was created just for textured, coily, and curly hair. It's a game-changer and proof that curls and dry shampoo can live harmoniously together." — Lebsack
Living Proof Perfect Hair Day In-Shower Styler, $24.00 Buy
"I hope my friends will ignore the fact that you can get these oils right here in the U.S.A. at Urban Outfitters, because the ones I'm gifting them came from a trip I took to Cannes. They were in every chic little drugstore along the beach and I picked up six bottles because I love them so much. Nostalgic packaging, a vacation-y scent, and do-it-all coconut oil — what more could you ask for in a stocking stuffer?" — Alix Tunell, Senior Beauty Editor
Monoi Tiare Monoi Tiare Tahiti Hair + Body Coconut Oil, $12.00 Buy
