All The Celebrities Becoming New Moms In 2017

These days, it's hard to know what direction life, the universe, and pretty much everything is headed. On the bright side, one thing’s for sure: 2017 will bring many famous spawn into the world.

Already, it’s been quite a spectacular year for birth announcements. Serena Williams accidentally announced her pregnancy on Snapchat. Practically all of the Hills cast got pregnant in tandem. A very inspiring, successful human rights lawyer is having twins with some actor.

These celebrities are all taking their first plunge into motherhood, and we'll watch each step of the way. So, while we may not know the future of democracy, at least we have baby names to look forward to.

Nikki Reed

Two years after getting married, Reed and her husband Ian Somerhalder announced they're having their first child.

In a sweet Instagram caption, Reed wrote, "Hi Little One. I know you, but only because I feel you. How is it possible to love someone so much already? All I know for sure is it's the strongest feeling I've ever felt. We've been sharing this body for quite some time, and we've already experienced so much together. We can't wait to meet you...Love, Your parents."
Heidi Montag

We've been watching Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's relationship evolve since they were stars on the MTV reality show The Hills. Now, their relationship is entering a new, but equally public, phase: parenthood. Speidi's spawn is due on October 19, 2017.
Whitney Port

One of three former Hills cast members who are currently pregnant, Port and her husband Tim Rosenman are expecting their first child this fall.

Of the eerie coincidence, Port told KTLA5 Morning News, "You would think we all like got together one night and discussed this master plan. [It's] just totally a coincidence and it's been really awesome."
Lauren Conrad

In January, Hills alum Lauren Conrad announced that she and her husband, William Tell, are expecting with an Instagram post of a sonogram.
Hannah Simone

Though she's normally silent about her personal life, Us Weekly broke that Simone, who plays Cece on New Girls, is expecting her first child with husband Jesse Giddings. She's due in the fall.
