Alexander McQueen Bids Us A Final Farewell With His Tailored Punk Collection

In his last collection ever, Alexander McQueen leaves us on the highest of notes with his '70s punk-and-English, gentleman-inspired collection. From Dr. Marten-esque shoes with metal-tipped toes to tailored trench-coats to leopard-print suspenders, McQueen blessed us with the signature wild elements he's known for while still paying tribute to the British rock scene in a simplified, wearable way. We wish this didn't have to be our last taste of McQueen originals, but if it must, we have to say, the man left us in style. (A Shaded View)
