To get this shaggy 'do, Northwood says to spray Shu Uemura Mineral Texture Spray through damp hair and then rough dry it, scrunching your hair with your fingers until it's 90% dry. Then, blowdry the front of hair and the fringe forward with a small round ceramic GHD brush. Create a loose wave by using WAM small tongs on random sections of the hair. Finally, finish by putting Redken Powder Grip on the midlegths and ends of the hair and on the fringe. This will keep the hair matte and clean looking.
