The Cardigans' Nina Persson Sneaks a Peek at Acne
This just in from Stockholm Fashion Week: we caught up with the singer for the Cardigans, performer with the Citizens Band, and all-around Scandinavian fashion plate as she took a break from finishing up her solo album to catch the Acne presentation.
So, would you wear these insane platform boots?
I was just wondering if they'll come to be for sale or if they're just a show piece.
I think they'll be up for sale.
Yes, I would wear them. I'm a small girl and I'll do anything I can to get a little taller.
Do you wear a lot of Acne?
I do. I'm very monochromatic, so it works for me. And I really love the geometric lines Jonny creates.
I know you have a new solo album coming out, but how did you end up getting involved with The Citizens Band?
Sarah Sophie is one of my old friends. She's asked me to join over the years, but I never could because I was always on tour. So, this time was the first time I could do it.
Did you love it?
I did! The singing, the dancing&hellipl it's just like one big, long dress-up party.
