We don't know about you, but we just did a neck-breaking double take at our calendars. Seriously, how is it already the end of April? If you're like us, now scrounging for spring staples for a breezy wardrobe or in need of a completely new beauty look to welcome May, then this roundup of events will set you up proper. Expect debut fashion collections, a nail party for killer spirit fingers, and a wedding extravaganza fit for a blushing bride, among others, to keep you busy this week. If time really does fly when you're having fun, this week will go by in a flash.

Georgette Crimson Launch Trunk Show
How can we get the ultimate, super-fresh spring threads for the season? By tapping into the debut capsule collection of a new S.F. designer, of course! Local style engineer Tina Reith will be unveiling her label Georgette Crimson to the masses for the first time this Sunday. Hop over to Half Hitch Goods for the trunk show, where you can find coats, cardis, and frocks with feminine, mix-and-match appeal — and a wink of whimsy.
When: Sunday, April 27, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Half Hitch Goods at Proxy, 432 Octavia Street (at Hayes Street); no phone.

Barry’s Bootcamp Sweats For Charity
If you’ve been having trouble getting out of bed in the morning to get your sweat session on, here’s that extra push you need. The celebrity-praised fitness phenomenon Barry’s Bootcamp will kick your butt all in the name of charity this Sunday. For $25, the bootcamp’s trio of founders will lead you in an hour of high-intensity core and cardio training, with all funds benefiting The San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center. Seems like a win-win to us!
When: Sunday, April 27, at 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Where: In the Presidio, at the corner of Graham and Lincoln streets.
Tickets: $25; buy 'em here!

Ayla Beauty Headquarters Soirée
Our only complaint about awesome events? They always end. Womp! Ayla Beauty doesn’t want the fun to stop after a few hours, so it’s partying all week instead. Now through Saturday, the headquarters is hosting free makeovers, skin consultations, and makeup-bag reviews — it’s like spring cleaning for your face! When you spend $150 on some new primpers, you get a free Luzern Hydra-Glacial Eye Makeup Remover. So, go ahead and splurge.
When: Wednesday, April 23 and Friday, April 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday, April 24, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, April 26, 1 to 4 p.m.
Where: Ayla Beauty Headquarters, 1825 Bush Street (between Octavia and Laguna streets); 415-520-7320.

TopCoat Spring Fling
Been dialing down your digits lately? Well, our go-to for fancy phalanges, TopCoat, is hosting a spring fling with the local bloggers behind Vanilla Extract, The Fancy Pants Report, and Inspirafashion. It’ll be unveiling more than 60 nail-polish colors perfect for the season — including Deborah Lippmann! — and Drybar will be there to dress up your tresses. Feeling lucky? You'll also have a chance to win the ultimate prize: TopCoat’s fave lacquers and Drybar’s lock-star products.
When: Thursday, April 24, 6 to 9 p.m.
Where: TopCoat Nail Studio inside the Crocker Galleria, second floor, 50 Post Street (between Kearny and Montgomery streets); 415-500-2860.

Øgaard Spring Market
Now that it’s officially sandal weather, it's time to let those toes breathe in a cool, locally made strappy pair, like Laura Schoorl’s beach-ready styles. The designer will be bringing all of her goods (including goat and pony clutches!) to Øgaard’s spring market. Jewelry designer Alexes Bowyer and her shiny gems will also be there, along with other artists. Bonus: The market is a three-day affair, so you can come back for more.
When: Friday, April 25 to Sunday, April 27, noon to 5 p.m.
Where: Øgaard, 5861 San Pablo Avenue (at Stanford Avenue); no phone.

The Bold Italic Love/Hate Wedding Expo
The Bold Italic is hosting a major wedding expo, and it will not disappoint. First off, there will be more than 50 vendors, including ModCloth, SenSpa, Western Editions, and even eateries like The Melt. Plus, you can get an idea of your big-day beauty look at the brow bar and nail-art station. Once you’ve found "the one" — florist, that is — then you and your S.O. can let loose to the DJ's tunes. You might need it.
When: Saturday, April 27, noon to 5 p.m.
Where: Terra Gallery, 511 Harrison Street (at 1st Street); 415-896-1234.
Tickets: $10; buy ’em here!
