Waterlining Tips That Won't Make You Cry
Waterlining — that is, using an eyeliner on the inner rims of your eyes — can be a daunting technique to master. We don't know too many people who are comfortable shoving a pencil into their eyeball. We've reduced ourselves to tears on numerous occasions in an attempt to master this tricky technique.
We thought we were through with it after the umpteenth time of poking ourselves in the eye, but after seeing the duo-toned rim gorgeousness at shows like Creatures of the Wind at New York Fashion Week's fall/winter 2014 presentation, we were willing to give it another shot.
Since you're dealing with one of the most delicate parts of your body, the key here is pacing yourself. Watch as the lovely Rachel shows you the best way to rim those lids, plus how to copy that eye-catching Creatures look for yourself. Our days of crying over our eyeliner pencils are through!
