We wish winter were on its way out, but we know it's gonna linger. If you're located in the Northeast, like us, there's a full-on blizzard right this very minute. Thanks a lot, Punxsutawney Phil. But, instead of wallowing in those winter blahs, let's look at the bright side: Frigid temps are a great reason to shop. We’ve managed to scrounge up 35 necessary cold-weather buys to scoop up today, before they’re gone forever. Or, before you succumb to just living in sweats; whatever comes first. From warm parkas to fuzzy hats and cozy knits, each piece ahead is bound to conquer the coldness. And, they’re all priced under $100. We know you're already saving for that summer vacation that can't come soon enough.
