When we picture a boho bride, we imagine she's probably a Mara Hoffman kind of girl. She'd get married on the beach or in an open field, and she would nix her heels and do it up barefoot. But, in case the designer's typical bold prints
and vibrant colorways don't quite fit the bill for the big day, there's now a happy (or happily married) middle ground.
Hoffman has debuted a bridal collection, called "Devotional," and it captures everything we love about her regular RTW. In the lineup, the four white dresses are far from traditional bridal fare but would drape exquisitely down an aisle — or desert oasis — nonetheless. And, as for channeling a glowing goddess, Hoffman does us one better with the designs named after ancient leading ladies, including Hera, Isis, Lakshmi, and Artemis.
Of course, not all Mara Hoffman brides are the same, and the designer's collection includes a few unexpected alternatives as well. A two-piece bustier set is ready for an all-night dance fest, and there's even a sleek, white bikini for when your shore-side ceremony decides to take a dip.
Ahead, preview the entire collection, as the designer whisks us away to the ultimate wedding destination: Death Valley, of course, where the campaign was shot by Olivia Malone and styled by Richard Ruiz. Then, click over to Mara Hoffman
, where the line is available exclusively, retailing from $300 to $1,700.
