We sometimes wonder what the ratio per square foot is of locals to tourists in Manhattan. Because it seems anywhere we go, there's a chic fanny pack, a flashing camera, and an intriguing accent to be seen or heard. But who are the flocks of foreigners who infiltrate our streets and seek to discover what life is like in the Big Apple? Well, we've done the necessary fieldwork to find out.
