Thanks to ABC, you'll have the chance to watch three comedies that won't hit the small screen til September — no IMDb profile necessary! In the lineup: Back in the Game, The Goldbergs, and Trophy Wife, which will be screened under the stars at The Americana at Brand next Saturday. Did we mention it's free?

Two words sum up all you need to know about The Market, an event in DTLA next weekend: free drinks. Convinced yet? Well, okay, there are a few more important details! The bash will feature food trucks, music, and tons of shopping, all in the name of supporting local, up-and-coming businesses. New and vintage clothes, handmade jewelry and accessories, pastries, and more will be on hand for your buying pleasure. A fun afternoon for a good cause? Can't beat that!

Where: Papillion Institute of Art, 1835 South Main Street (near West Washington Boulevard); no phone.

An Exhibit Dedicated to Unfinished Business
For those who often complain about the perpetual construction in L.A., the Architecture and Design Museum's latest exhibit may help keep your whining in check. Dubbed Never Built: Los Angeles, the exhibit explores dozens of building plans, drawings, models, and blueprints of proposed Los Angeles buildings and structures that never reached construction. This is definitely one you don't want to miss!
When: July 28th, 2013 to October 12th, 2013
Where: The Architecture and Design Museum, 6032 Wilshire Boulevard (near Fairfax Avenue); 323-932-9393.

Our Favorite Kitten Is Back
Chloe Chaidez, a.k.a. Kitten, is probably the most badass 18-year-old out there. The punk-pop singer mixes a dose of David Bowie charisma with a dash of New Order straight-up cool. And rumor has it, she's even better live.
When: Friday, August 2nd, 8pm
Where: The Troubadour, 9081 Santa Monica Boulevard (near Doheny Drive)
