All hail another brilliant campaign from McQueen. Dramatic, periodic, and slightly creepy, the images present a caged Edie Campbell, dressed head-to-toe in very Elizabethan ensembles.

This comes as Campbell’s second major campaign for the season, after bagging a gig for Lanvin FW13, too. Chosen for Alexander McQueen’s new imagery, her youthful looks are somewhat disguised under elaborate, pearled masks, feathers, and decadent Elizabethan ruffs. The campaign, shot by famed fashion photog, David Sims, reads like something out of a history textbook, restrained to black and white, yet oozing power, riches, and costume drama. Obsessed.
