Truth be told, we’re still daydreaming of last week’s miraculous four-day break, sigh. But, we do have to admit that these last five days were jam-packed with so many news bites, it was almost impossible to choose the best. Levi’s is in the midst of celebrating the 140th anniversary of the 501 jeans and to ring it in, is releasing a tome! Slated for August 1, the book will boast stylized images of tastemakers and celebs showing off their 501s. (WWD)
Looks like we can expect a slew of even more Uniqlos to hit the Bay. With a huge expansion underway, the retailer is expected to launch about four more local shops in upcoming months. (Racked SF)
