Happy birthday, Kurt Geiger! In celebration of our beloved shoe brand’s giant 50th anniversary, they’ve rolled out a fresh campaign that’s got “London cool” written all over it.
Accompanying their AW13 collection is a series of black-and-white images which come with more than a nod to the brand's illustrious and seriously cool past. Creative director Rebecca Farrar-Hockley says, “Shoes and accessories look like they belong to a rockstar, but are designed to feel so easy you can live in them day to day.” Why, we like the sound of that. Plus, in keeping with the brand's British heritage, they’ve signed up Sam Rollinson — a.k.a. the girl who is flying the Brit flag on all international catwalks this year — as their in-house “model and rocker."
Big stuff, all around. And, now that we've seen the images, we can't wait to see the shoes. Don't you think?
