So, you're getting married. And, your dream dress might just have "Oscar de la Renta" sewn into the label. If, as much as it's calling your name, an ODLR original is out of your price range, your prospective wedding invites can now fill that void.
Paperless Post, our go-to stationery site for cards that combine the class of snail mail with the swiftness of digital delivery, has teamed up with de la Renta to debut a wedding collection. Inspired by the designer's fall '13 bridal and ready-to-wear lines, along with his Punta Cana abode, the customizable announcements will infuse your special day with just as much elegance as that delicately guipure lace-embroidered dress you're coveting.
All 50 motifs were translated from actual fabric samples, from the Technicolor gingham silk and tropical tulips to the purple, brocade gown that Karlie Kloss paraded down the runway. The range is available now at Paperless Post in both print and online versions, retailing at $1.05 to $3.52 per card. Plus, the collaboration is expanding into general event categories, so you'll look just as sophisticated when you're sending word out about, say, your future baby shower.
Click through the slideshow to marvel at these gorgeous art adaptations, and let us know which is your favorite. Oh, and if you happen to be a bride who's lucky enough to dress her words and herself in Oscar, we are very, very jealous.
