Every Piece Of Acne's Summer '13 Capsule Collection Is A Work Of Art

It's just Tuesday? Two days into the week, and we're already daydreaming of lounging around on yachts with our BFFs, Diddy and Rihanna, soaking in the sun with a tropical drink in hand, waiting for Mario Testino to catch a glimpse of us and dedicate the next year of his career to capturing our essence. Yeah...warm weather messes with our brains like that, and after coming across Acne's summer '13 capsule collection, we now have a wardrobe to dress in our daydreams.
Inspired by an illustration by Eduardo Garcia Benito that appeared on one of Cecil Beaton's covers of Vogue in 1931, Acne's latest pieces feature Art Deco-era sketches and bold figures. While we are seriously lusting over these prints (and the history behind them), it's really the silhouettes of the one-shoulder, full-skirted "Callas" gown and wide-leg, paper-bag "Thelma" pants that have us wanting to steal a sailboat for a day of harbor cruising.
