Now that you're a clever and creative adult, you know your way around a simple syrup and some fancy ice cubes. But if you're ready to really
impress at your next cocktail party, it's time to graduate from amateur boozer and strive for mixologist master. To help, we enlisted Adam Bernbach, bar manager of Logan Circle's Estadio
, to share some cocktails that match spring's fizzy, fancy-free mood.
He mixed up three, totally unique drinks, each one incorporating homemade soda — hey, you said you wanted to be a pro, right? All you need is a soda siphon (about $40 online, and a must for the legit at-home bar), and you'll ace the hostess-with-the-mostest game.
