Finally Got Used To Winter? Gap's Spring Offerings Messes All That Up

We were just getting used to this February thing. We'd stopped grumbling about having to bundle up, and embraced the endless layering opportunities. We went through all five stages of grief at not being able to wear our favorite heels, and learned to love our Sorels. And here, in the middle of our new-found winter acceptance, comes Gap's new collection — and once again, Spring is seducing us with her siren song.
These clothes remind us of why we love dressing for spring: the cheery colors, the ease of throwing on jeans and a tee without having to insulate ourselves against arctic winds. So much for our winter détente — we're now anxiously eyeing the thermometer, awaiting the day when we can throw on an ankle-skimming jean, cute striped tee, and get out into the sunshine.
