Guys, breakfast is so hot right now. First there's Tropicana, making a killing in fashion with Richard Nicoll. Now, in the beauty department, there's Kellogg's. Though we can hardly believe we're actually typing this, OPI — among our go-to polish brands, for sure, but not necessarily one to surprise us with crazy advertising schemes — has announced a collaboration with the cereal brand and maker of our beloved Special K.
The partnership, which actually runs under the Nicole by OPI division, comes with three custom shades centered around Special K's body-positive two-week challenge: Challenge Red-Y, Pros & Confidence, and Be Ama-Zing! (exclamation point is not our addition). Three Special K products gets you one bottle of Challenge Red-Y, a lighter, creamy red, and you'll get all three once you invest in eight products, including cereals, bars, and the like.
What's next? Receive a bottle of cellulite-reducing cream when you purchase seven packs of hickory-smoked bacon at participating stores? Yeah, we're marketing geniuses — no need to thank us, bacon company.
