Remember back in the '90s when you plucked off your brows just in time for your high school yearbook photo, and then spent the next decade impatiently waiting for them to grow back to embrace the bold-brow trend? No? Just us?
Either way, there’s a new solution du jour for those of us that weren’t as blessed in the brow department, and it doesn’t involve an application wand or additional a.m. primping: semi-permanent eyebrow tattoos. Apparently, we can all wake up with face-framers like Cara Delevingne or Lily Collins with the help of Browhaus’ Brow Resurrection, an hour-long procedure that promises to give thinning or misshapen brows more volume by filling patchy or bare areas with natural vegetable dye.
But, commitment-phobes can rest easy: Unlike most eye and lipliner tattoos currently on the market, this $925 service only lasts up to two years, so while you can pack your brow pencils away for now, you’ll have to keep maintaining them in the long-term. But what happens if you don’t like the results? An intrepid staffer over at Allure test-drove the bizarre service, but before you head over to find out more about how it works, tell us: Would you be willing to try semi-permanent brow tattoos?
