You have the slimming yoga pants, the candy-colored Pumas, and the desire to get a midriff like Gwen Stefani's. The only thing you don't have? Enough time. Believe us, busy bees, we can relate. But you may be wrong about just how much leeway you have in your schedule.
We went to time-management boot camp with nine local trainers, including Lara Hudson of the Mercury Method and Jen Ottoson of Living Fit Chicago, and came away with some totally legit advice on how to prioritize health and fitness.
